About
I was drawn to makeup from the very first concealer purchase, at the MAC counter, when I was 17 years old. Â My best friend also shared a mutual love for makeup. Together, we took risks with different party looks, used bold colors, and so, personalities were forged. Growing up in Miami, I’d witnessed my cousin’s beauty regime; I became amazed by the eye shadow color range and its meticulous application. I quickly learned that makeup is a process; a unique ritual to signify our individuality.
Since then, I’ve moved to Asheville, North Carolina, where I’ve worked for top beauty brands like Bobbi Brown and MAC Cosmetics. Now, I work as a makeup artist who specializes in makeup for weddings, photo shoots, and runways, in western North Carolina and beyond. Going on two years, I have also been working with Doll Box Productions, doing wedding makeup, in locations like the Grove Park Inn and the Biltmore Estate. On a bride’s special day, I feel great pride to be a part of such a beautiful and unique experience.
Photo shoots are a big part of my portfolio and I continue to expand and challenge my range by collaborating with photographers, models, and designers. New project ideas are always welcome!
Most recently, I worked as a makeup assistant for Miami Fashion Week 2017 and my work was featured in Sophie Magazine (July/August 2017). Today, my goal is to continue growing as an artist and to collaborate with other amazing talent, in the Asheville community and around the world. For my clients, my wish is to demonstrate the transformative power of makeup and that beauty is truly for everyone.
